“A brilliant time spent learning how to make traditional Nepalese MoMos. Picked up on time and taken to Cafe Nirvana where we made MoMo from scratch and were taught how to make the different shapes. Then some were steamed and some fried. There was just the two of us so it was a really interactive experience.”
